Photo Booth

Client Responsibilities

  • Secure or assign a photo booth location, ideally 3m x 3m.
  • Provide access to a single electrical powerpoint within 15m of the assigned photo booth location.
  • Pay a $50 booking fee to secure the desired date. In case of cancellation, 50% will be refunded if communicated 2 weeks prior to the event. The whole amount becomes non-refundable within 2 weeks of the booked date. The balance of the agreed fee is payable on the day of the event.
  • Use the photo booth in an orderly manner.
  • Allow 1 or 2 attendants/technicians to assist and ensure smooth operation of the booth. Note that the booth is self-service and requires minimal intervention from the attendants.
  • Secure a free parking spot for Pic-Snap-Shoot’s vehicle for the duration of the event. If a parking fee is disbursed by Pic-Snap-Shoot, the client agrees to reimburse it.
  • In the event of technical failure or any other reason that the service cannot be provided in full and is beyond Pic-Snap-Shoot’s control, reimbursement will be provided to the extent of monies received. If partial service has been provided, reimbursement will be on a pro-rata basis.

  • Our Responsibilities

  • Arrive and set up on time to provide photobooth services for the agreed duration and disassemble in a professional manner after the event. The setup includes DSLR camera, professional lighting and flash, unlimited sessions, props, stanchions, rug, soft copy, dual screen, QR code for photo sharing, backdrop/backdrop stand other extras (additional costs may apply).
  • Provide a print layout and get it approved by the client before the event. Note: This cannot be changed on the day of the event.
  • Provide an attendant/technician to man and assist with the booth.
  • Ensure that no photos, boomerang GIFs, or photo GIFs are shared or posted without prior consent from the client.

Hire/Rental

Client Responsibilities

  • Use the hired article in a reasonable manner.
  • Agree to pay a holding deposit of $50 to secure the desired date of hire and pay the balance, including the bond, on the date of delivery or pick-up.
  • In case of cancellation, 50% will be refunded if communicated 2 weeks prior to the event. The whole amount becomes non-refundable within 2 weeks of the booked date.
  • Return the hired article in a reasonable and clean condition, and in a timely manner.
  • Agree that "timely manner" is defined as on or before the time the article is due to be returned (e.g., if picked up at 8:00 am on Saturday, return by 8:00 am on Sunday).
  • Agree to a late return fee deducted from the bond, calculated on a pro-rata basis (e.g., for a $240 hire cost, a $10 fee per delayed hour).
  • Inform Pic-Snap-Shoot of any damage to the hired article during the hire period.
  • Agree that any damage to the hired article will be deducted from the bond.
  • Agree that damage caused by inappropriate use of the hired article is the client's responsibility.
  • Note that the red carpet is strictly for indoor use only.

  • Our Responsibilities

  • Provide the hired article in a reasonable and clean condition and in a timely manner as agreed.
  • Inform the client of the proper use of the hired article.
  • Inform the client of any pre-existing damage to the hired article.
  • Refund the bond within 24 hours of the article’s return, provided no damage is found.
  • In case of damage, provide a description, photos, and the basis for the bond deduction within 24 hours.
